Bayaan Academy are now in their third year of implementing the ‘SimplyTajweed’ course. Prior to this, Mohammed (the course author) had taught Tajweed at Bayaan for a few years. At that stage he had developed a really useful Tajweed booklet for us. This was the impetus of his Tajweed journey; we could clearly see his skill set and knowledge in this area. The SimplyTajweed course is taught through 5 comprehensive coursebooks which we have found well written, accessible and user friendly for all our students. Books 1 & 2 are used for our Year 7’s, Books 3 & 4 for our Year 8’s and finally Book 5 for our Year 9’s.
