SimplyTajweed Ltd – ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course, provided by SimplyTajweed Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By joining the ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

The ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course is available to all adults (aged 18+)

3. Pricing

The ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course is priced at £99. This is a one-time payment and is non-refundable.

4. What the ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course includes

• Weekly Live Online Classes: 1.5 hour live online lessons weekly, for 5 weeks
• Interactive lectures and gender-specific breakout rooms for focused practice
• Recorded lessons available for review
• In-class practice and homework available for review
• A brand-new physical coursebook  delivered to you
• Lifetime access to our audio database

5. Missed Lessons

If we cancel a class (e.g., instructor absence), a make-up session will be arranged. If you miss a lesson, you may catch up using the lecture recordings.

6. Conduct & Restrictions

You must not:

– Record lessons without explicit instructor permission,

– Record breakout rooms,

– Take pictures or videos of lessons or breakout rooms,

– Share login details,

– Download or save course materials,

– Redistribute SimplyTajweed materials, including lecture recordings,

– Use SimplyTajweed materials for paid teaching.

7. Lectures and Breakout rooms

All lectures will be recorded and available for students to review. By enrolling in and participating in the ST Foundations 5-Week Live Online Course, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of your presence, voice, image, and interactions during live lectures for educational and internal use. Breakout rooms are not included in this and will not be recorded.

8. Legal & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. We prefer informal mediation and direct communication to resolve disputes; legal action is a last resort.
