Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in SimplyTajweed for Professionals, provided by SimplyTajweed Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in this programme, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

SimplyTajweed for Professionals is open to:

  • Adults
  • Individuals joining in a professional or mature-learner capacity.

3. Programme Pricing

The programme is delivered across three terms, each billed at £125.

4. Billing & Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe and are taken termly, according to the schedule outlined in your confirmation of subscription email.

The first termly payment must be completed within the registration window to secure your place.
Subsequent termly payments renew automatically via direct debit.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription via email or the website system.
SimplyTajweed Ltd does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable once charged.

Since payments are taken termly, cancellation must be submitted before the next termly billing date.
Late cancellation results in the next term payment being processed, with cancellation effective from the following term.

Missed classes do not qualify for refunds, partial refunds, or fee adjustments.

6. What the Programme Includes

Participants enrolled in this programme receive:

– 40+ hours of face-to-face Tajweed teaching,

– Comprehensive course books,

– Lifetime access to the accompanying audio resources,

– Full access to the SimplyTajweed online course for the duration of the in-person programme,

– Eligibility for the SimplyTajweed+ discounted rate, if applied for within the designated window.

SimplyTajweed+ (ST+) is SimplyTajweed’s weekly online Qur’an recitation programme taught live in small groups (maximum 6 students), led by SimplyTajweed-qualified instructors, and includes full access to the SimplyTajweed online course library.

 

7. Missed Lessons

If a participant misses a lesson, they must notify their teacher via private message. Failure to notify your teacher of an absence prior to the lesson will result in an unauthorised absence being marked. Messages sent in the group chat do not count as notification and will be treated as unauthorised absence. Three (3) unauthorised absences will result in removal from the course, with no refund.

8. Conduct & Restrictions

Participants must not:

  • Record lessons without explicit instructor permission
  • Share login details for any online portals provided
  • Download or save course materials unless explicitly authorised
  • Redistribute SimplyTajweed materials,
  • Use SimplyTajweed materials for paid teaching or commercial activity.

9. Graduation & Examinations

Completion of the programme does not guarantee certification.

Certification is awarded only if the participant chooses to sit and passes the optional end-of-course exam, based on the assessment criteria set for that academic year.

10. Legal & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England. SimplyTajweed Ltd encourages informal communication to resolve concerns before any formal steps are taken.
